William T. Powers here. Several years ago my son suffered a catastrophic brain injury ( TBI) in a fall. I retained attorney Lawrence B. Goldhirsch and his lawfirm Weitz and Luxenberg to represent me on behalf of my injured son. Litigation to recover compensation for my injured son was recently set...tled very satisfactorily. There were two appeals to higher courts over a liability issue. This case was settled as a Jury was being selected. Throughout the case, Larry B.
