Biography
I am passionate about trusts and estates and elder law having devoted my entire career to this area of the law. Admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bars my practice focuses on the following: Wills, trusts, advanced directives; estate planning; Probate and Administration; Surrogate's Court proceedings and litigation; civil and commerical litigation; Guardianship proceedings in Supreme and Surrogate's Courts; Medicaid Planning and Special Needs Planning. I also serve as a Court appointed Guardian in New York State. Finally I serve on the Board of Directors for Ben Porat Yosef, a day school in Paramus, New Jersey where I chair the Legal Committee.
