Prior to joining Scale LLP, Alfred worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. He also worked with leading international organizations on global migration issues and helped elect President Biden with his work as Regional Voter Protection Director in the Georgia recount and general election.
Alfred is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and the University of Edinburgh Law School. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the French-American Foundation's Transatlantic Forum.
