After a not so great experience with earlier attorney (my employer's previous counsel) who handled everything inhumanely with zero accountability, I hesitantly agreed to go with Srini (who started as my employer's new legal counsel) for processing GC. Within few interactions, I realized that it was t...he best decision. He never shied away from giving the facts of the case in black and white and also explaining the pros and cons of available options. At any given moment, Srini was always up to date with every detail of our case. It is surprising how he remembers even the finer details of our case. He is always prompt in responses (both email and phone). There was always a followup call from his cell, in case we missed reaching him on office line. Professionally he is the best. Mr. Jonnalagadda was hired by my wife and I for our I-485 case. Being my employer’s counsel, he was referred to us by my company’s HR department. He is thorough, organized, and well versed with the immigration laws. He briefed us thoroughly on all aspects of our case (strong & weak points) and prepar...ed us for the 485 interview. I felt even more confident on the day of the interview due to his presence in the room. When the interview was slipping off track he would interject and bring it back on track. I don’t think we would have gotten our petition approved on the same day if he wasn’t around. He is located right at the heart of midtown Manhattan and is very easy to access. I hired Srinivasa Rao Jonnalagadda for my case. It was a very bad experience. He hardly responds back to your questions or queries. Most of the time he will ignore you messages. Irony was that when my case approved he charged us extra fees if we wanted our approval receipt which was in his possession.... His excuse was that it is extra fees for any extra phone call or fax he has to do to get my case approved! I would say he is also not knowledgeable about latest immigration laws and happening so you better hire someone else.
