Title: Dissatisfied Client – Do Not Recommend Review: I had a very negative experience working with Sheldon (Shelly) Leibenstern. Although he presents himself as calm and knowledgeable at first, in my experience his conduct in practice created unnecessary conflict and frustration. I found his app...roach unhelpful and unprofessional, and it left me feeling unsupported during the legal process. Unfortunately, my case did not move forward as I had hoped, and I felt that his representation hurt more than it helped. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this attorney. I regret referring him to others, and I would advise potential clients to consider alternative representation.

Mr. Leibenstern represented me in an automobile accident that I was involved in. I had never gone through this procedure before and Mr. Leibenstern explained the process very patiently to me. He returned all of my phone calls and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the result. While in graduate school, I was in a very serious car accident. A car hit me while I was walked across the street. I flew up onto the hood of the car and fell back down again. After a few minutes, the driver, held by two witnesses, left the scene of the accident. It was the middle of the Winter, I ...had a fractured shoulder and had to be in extensive physical therapy. With a sling on my arm, I went on the subway to travel to school extremely afraid that I would fall on the ice. For over two and a half years, I worked with two different lawyers. Neither of them could even find the driver! In just two short weeks, Sheldon Liebenstern accomplished what those two lawyers could not do in two and a half years! He found the driver of the car and got a witness statement. In a very short time, I received a fair settlement and was finally able to pay my medical bills. I have a tremendous debt of gratitude to Sheldon Liebenstern for all his effort on my behalf. Any time I know of anyone that is in a car accident and needs a lawyer I recommend him. I cannot say enough! Sheldon is a fantastic, efficient attorney.

Mr. Leibenstern is a fantastic lawyer-- He truly saved me 7 years ago after a DUI. I was charged only with a traffic violation and did NOT lose my license. Since then, he has gone above and beyond to help me with legal matters including going to the court house on his own time to get my disposition p...aper. I am not a practicing medical professional and if I had a DUI on my record, I would not be able to find work in my field. Thanks to Mr. Leibenstern, I do not have to face that mess and have been able to get on with my life. To this day we keep in touch- I would recommend him to anyone. He truly works wonders.
