I want to say thank you to Mr. Scott Grauman for reducing my case from a dwi to a dwai which is a lower offense. Scott, is very positive and confidence lawyer who communicates well and very straight forward. Scott, handle my case from the start right through to the end very professionally. He helped my son out of a DWI in a first offense, my son had a .08 BAC and never had problems with the law until then, we found Scott after searching everywhere for an attorney, everyone else was charging us crazy sums for the same results, but Scott after an intense argument and unnumbered appearan...ces to court he got us a violation, (misconduct behavior) Thank you Scott for everything!!

He helped me out with a situation I got enroll with. He was referred to me by a close friend who was involve in a more worst situation. He was completely sincere and never sold me a false illusion on what my case was going to be. Since it was my first offense on a drunk driving case, he was very vici...ous in front of the judge with a clear knowledge on the topic and turned what it was going to be a DWAI (Driving With Abilities Impair) by Alcohol to a Misconduct Behavior charge saving my DMV record and my auto insurance did not increase. Totally I recommend Scott, this guy knows what he's doing and worked out a payment plan with me.

Do not be fooled by his words, he was excellent at telling me everything was going to be alright and how he would take care of my Chemical Test hearing. Scott missed my hearing not once, but TWICE. The first time his excuse was he forwarded my case to his colleague to show up to court with me, the... colleague did not. And so he blamed his unknown colleague as an excuse. At the 2nd hearing, he was late due to traffic. I was never refunded the money I paid Scott for taking the case for me, and also was never reimbursed for his failure to appear in court for me, TWICE. When the time to do work and take responsibility Scott is nowhere to be found. I completely regret hiring Scott Grauman.
