I am lucky to have Scott represent me in my personal injury case.

My case is a personal injury case. It is not an easy case, some lawyers, even with big names, turned it down, and would not fight for me, even though they knew it was not my fault. Scott is a very caring person with a good heart, after heard my case, especially the injuries I suffered, Scott took th...e case without hesitation, worked very hard, and got the job done. I appreciate the most about Scott are the followings: he is honest. He does not promise anything he is unable to achieve. He is a lawyer you can depend on, you can sleep with peace after he take over your case. He always let you know where we are about your case, and what we are going to do next. He is very kind, easy to talk to, whenever you call, he would do the best to response to your call, not like some lawyers who are always very hard to be found or to talk to after they take your case. If you need a personal injury, or medical malpractice, or litigation lawyer, I would definitely recommend that you hire Scott!

TOUGH CASE FOUGHT HARD

Scott is definately the attorney you need on your side to fight against the BIG and BAD insurance companies like NYCM who paid for my medical related to my car accident but refused to pay on my SUM claim because they said the injuries weren't related to the accident. CONFUSING right? NYCM and the att...orney they hired had different PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS watch me over a 10 year period and got zip . How much did it cost NYCM ? NYCM also paid one doctor $40,000.00 and had three testify in court against me. Scott did an awesome job on the attack. He fought tooth and nail for my family. Sadly the jury got it wrong. I believe NYCM could have settled the matter for less than they spent on a attorney over 10 years, private investigators, doctors etc. Its not over yet. Scott filed my appeal to protect my rights. I will be working on the appeal. Scotts a fighter like myself. He is knowledgeable and knows the law and medical issues.
