Roger Carl Algase

I have used Roger for the last 5 years as myself and my family moved through 3 different companies with a H1B/H4 and finally for my Green Card application. Additionally, Roger was involved anytime I travelled abroad to prepare for the requisite embassy visits to get my travel visa renewed. I woul...d highly recommend Roger to assist in any visa/travel/greencard matter. He is extremely diligent, thorough and knows the minutia of immigration law and how it applies to every situation (sometimes to a fault...can be hard to get Roger off the phone). Roger ticked all the boxes I wanted in my attorney, which include: - Detailed knowledge of the law - Always available (always answers his phone promptly) - Extremely detailed communication of the situation and applicable law - Seems to have a good understanding of the inner workings of the immigration system. - Always sends packages with all the info well laid out for any of my embassy visits (paystubs, letters, forms etc. all well organized and complete). In short Roger is a great immigration attorney. As I mentioned some of the communication can be overly details, but that is a minor flaw.

I have had a pleasure working with Mr Algase on my immigration case few years ago. He has throughly explained the entire procedure, made sure the documents to be submitted were in best shape and form and has filed my case in a very prompt manner. Moreover, Mr Algase has guided me and my spouse throug...h the interview process as well as had attended it with us. It has been a pleasure working together that has ended very successfully.
