Ram M. Cheerath

Ram was my immigration lawyer. He is a great lawyer with decades of experience, knowledge and always up to date with the complicated immigration law. He doesn't give fake promises. He asks questions, goes through the documents and understands the case very well. He likes to be prepared and asked me t...o send me documents well in advance. He avoids 11th hour preparation which shows his commitment. He recommended me the best course of action which otherwise I wouldn't have taken. I followed his recommendation and received my permanent residency without any complications. Ram is my 5th immigration lawyer. He genuinely cares and did a great job on my case which I didn't see in the previous 04. He is a true lawyer who fights on the behalf of his clients. I highly recommend him.

I am on an extended employment visa in the states. Last year, I had approached Atty. Cheerath for my parents. With the current immigration scenario in the country, I was very skeptical on bringing them. However, we agreed to meet him, he elucidated the whole procedure , documentation required, possi...ble outcomes etc. All these are attributes of any lawyer but what separates Atty. Cheerath from the herd is that he approached this case as he would if they were his own parents. I didn’t hve to worry about a thing along the process. Moreover, what I saw striking in him was he is not one among them who badgers you with the payment etc. Timely payment as expected was appreciated by his office.
