We has spoken to Attn. Ram earlier on 2 occasions for consultations before we decided to go ahead with the denial that our contractor had received through another attorney. We were confident with Ram's approach and he took his time to understand the same before he could draft his own response, needle...ss to say that RFE was one of the toughest we had seen. He invested time to review all the documentation that went back and forth and also advised us from time to time on the exact verbatim to be used. He has also advised us on cases that were not filed by him and I cant thank him enough for the expertise he brought on to this case. He understands the urgency of the client, vendor and biggest of all the employee and that was his first priority to get the employee comfortable. I cant thank him enough for going the extra mile to get this approval for us.
