Olga Friedman

Olga Friedman represents residential and commercial mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, individuals and entities in all aspects of residential and commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing of real estate property. Her comprehensive representation in those matters include, preparation and review of contracts, title, closing and loan documents, acting as liaison between lenders and all third parties to the transaction, from inception through closing and all post-closing matters.

Additionally, Olga represents lenders, businesses and individuals in loan originations, workouts and foreclosures of non-performing loans, as well as advises creditors in real estate foreclosure proceedings.

Olga also represents clients in broad variety of commercial litigation; including, real estate, lender liability, construction, insurance, mortgage foreclosure, landlord-tenant, creditor’s rights and collection litigation. She handles Business law matters, including formation of corporate entitles, drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements and corporate governance documents, including but not limited to, partnership, shareholder and limited liability agreements and employment agreements.
