Greencard service review

Noah and team made this a smooth and stress free process. Even while navigating through changes with USCIS during the pandemic. They were always available to take our calls and answer our questions.

Very knowledgeable and has a lot of empathy

Absolutely highly recommend Noah and his team for your immigration needs. I worked with Noah through several issues regarding my immigration status in the US starting from a post dated change to STEM OPT, thinking through maintaining my legal status through a furlough and advice on an AOS derivative ...application. Noah was responsive, thoughtful, well researched and extremely professional throughout and inspired full confidence in us. He also displayed a lot of empathy and tact through some of our tough moments, while helping us celebrate our wins! He is absolutely the best lawyer I have ever worked with. Wish Noah and Teri the very best for all their future endeavors!

Exceptional Service

I had a mild panic situation at the end of 2020 with an expiry of a work visa, mainly because of COVID causing issues with embassy appointments and such. Noah came highly recommended by some Australians and did not disappoint. What was an extremely stressful situation (made worse through the pandemic...) was helped by Noah and Teri. They navigated me through multiple scenarios and situations and knew everything back-to-front to ensure I wasn’t just covered, but that I had backups just in case things didn’t work. Please don’t second guess yourself, just reach out to Noah.

Highly recommend

I absolutely recommend Noah if you need expert immigration legal advice. I had a complex greencard/ I-485 application being handled through my company’s immigration counsel (Fragomen). However, I found Fragomen ill-equipped to handle complex situations with multiple moving pieces (and generally gave ...poor advice), and so asked Noah for his help navigating the situation. He was spot on in all his recommendations, explained things clearly, and was highly responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again on any future immigration questions, and highly recommend him to anyone else seeking expert immigration counsel.

"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Noah for a few years. We have served together in leadership roles in professional organizations such as the American Bar Association Section of International Law Immigration Committee. Noah's professional acumen and his dedication to his clients in the business and employment immigration field is matched by very few of his peers. He is among the top 1% in his field worldwide. He is creative and has a solid foundation in very complicated areas of immigration law. His approach is thorough and he will leave no stone un-turned in the pursuit of his clients' rights. He has helped me out in many situations where I looked to him for mentoring and solutions to complex problems. He frequently lectures on immigration law topics and I highly recommend him for any kind of immigration law matter."

"I have known Noah for several years as an employee, colleague and friend. He is both knowledgeable and experienced in immigration law and is very professional in dealing with clients, his coworkers, colleagues and in the execution of his work on legal cases. It has been my pleasure to get to know him on a personal level as well. He is a man of integrity and driven by a passion for life, his wonderful family and his work. I highly recommend Noah without any question, hesitation or doubt. He continues to work and manage our Asia-Pacific US consular practice from our Melbourne, Australia office. Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
