John is an excellent attorney and a pleasure to work with. He is responsive, professional, friendly and humorous. This is not my first purchase, but it is my first purchase in the NYC. Surprisingly, the procedure is so different here and the attorney is THE person who completes most of the work. John... explains every details and he is always available to answer any questions. In addition, comparing to the amount of work he did and the time he spent throughout the process, the service charge is also very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
