Truly professional and knowledgeable!

We were very impressed with the professionalism and expertise when Mr. Raphan created a trust for my parents. I went there from a recommendation initially just for a free consultation and he was very patient and explained everything clearly. I had something in mind (and it would've cost us more) but... Mr. Raphan advised a better and less costly and tax friendly solution. We all would definitely recommend him. A pleasure to work with.

Estate planning lawyer | Dec 19

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Brian Raphan has done estate planning (Wills, Health Care Proxies, and Powers of Attorney) for my wife and me, and has also done estate planning (Wills, Trusts and Health Care Proxies) for my parents. Unfortunately, I also had to hire him recently to handle my father's estate after my father passed away. He is particularly skilled in estate planning, and you get real personal attention which you do not find at a medium or large firm. Plus, the rates charged by his firm are quite reasonable. I also know that he has handled numerous estate litigations. Whenever a colleague or family member asks about estate planning issues, I always refer them to Brian, and I have always received positive feedback."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
