This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2004.

Admonition issued in NJ, 2004

updated on 11/01/2019

An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Andrew’s comment:

“The online payment of the annual attorney registration fee was not effectively processed and registered with the NJLFCP. Payment was promptly made when notice of arrears was received.”

Admonition issued in NJ, 2000

updated on 11/01/2019

An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Andrew’s comment:

“Initial written responses were filed and a meeting held with the investigator in grievance proceedings that were dismissed as lacking merit. Regrettably, in the process, the filing of formal responses required under the rules was unwittingly overlooked. When notified of the oversight, the responses were immediately submitted. Though we sought to expedite the proceedings, the inadvertent oversight resulted in an admonition regarding the duty to cooperate with the investigator under the NJ D.R.”

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
