I am a partner with at Gana LLP and focus my practice on securities and commercial litigation matters. I have successfully represented hundreds of investors, business owners, and companies in litigation brought through arbitration, State, and Federal courts.

My unique background and experience differentiates me from other attorneys. Prior to practicing law, I obtained an engineering degree and designed processes and systems for companies in the areas of insurance, manufacturing, supply chain management, marketing. Having studied the business methods and operations of companies large and small, I can bring more than just an understanding of the legal issues to my work.
