Kathleen Mary Newsham

Ms. Newsham was the Public Defender that was appointed to me in my DCPP court case. I felt as though she was siding with them, rather than me. I also felt that she did not really negotiate anything in the case because the outcome of it was everything I prayed it wouldn't be. I did not like her attitu...de at all either.

She is my public defender for an open dyfs case. I keep calling her in regards to my case and she hasn't called me back. My time is running out for me to get my stuff done in order to get my daughter back and she has refused to call me back. I don't know what else to do it who to turn to in regards t...o this. She's had my eval from DOC for over a month and knows she has to send it to DYFS lawyers so they can then in turn send it to Dr lissons office in brick so I can get another eval. She's very unethical and unprofessional and doesn't return phone calls..
