Biography
I am the Managing Member of The Law Office of Steven M. Cytryn, LLC, and primarily focus my practice on matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, domestic violence proceedings, custody and parenting time disputes, support modification proceedings and enforcement of family court orders and judgments of divorce.
In addition, complementing my experience, I also handle municipal court and real estate matters, estate planning, administration and estate disputes, and other general litigation matters.
My passion for providing assistance to individuals and families began in college, where I mentored inner-city youth and taught a conflict-resolution program for students. After college, I taught fifth-grade in Las Vegas, Nevada as part of Teach for America, during which I received a Master of Education.
During law school, I sought out public service internships with various legal services organizations, including the Center for Family Representation, the Legal Aid Society, and the Center for Appellate Litigation. Additionally, I had the honor of serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender, and also participated in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program.
Together, these experiences allow me to provide effective, diligent and well-rounded legal representation to my clients.
