A lifelong resident of Monmouth County, Richard’s deep New Jersey roots and commitment to his community drive his dedicated approach to legal advocacy. Richard is a double alumnus of Rutgers University, having earned both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University. Following law school, he immersed himself in the high-stakes world of professional sports, working at a prominent baseball agency where he assisted in navigating complex contract negotiations and player representation. Drawn back to the courtroom, Richard transitioned into insurance defense, where he rose to become a named partner at a local firm. During this time, he litigated a diverse portfolio of property damage and personal injury defense matter from inception through trial. However, his experience defending insurance companies provided him with a unique perspective on the challenges injured individuals face when seeking justice. Drawn by a desire to provide a voice for those who have been wronged, Richard transitioned his practice to advocate exclusively for plaintiffs in personal injury claims, where he represented injury victims at one of the largest personal injury firms in the nation.

Throughout his career, Richard has successfully generated millions of dollars in total recovery for his clients, including multiple six-figure settlements. He prepares every case with a trial-ready mindset.
