I attended Clemson University, where I graduated with a BS degree in Biology in 1996. While at Clemson, I was the Community Service Chairman of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Whereby, I organized and facilitated food drives to help feed the poor of the community and coordinated neighborhood clean ups.
I went to Touro Law School, while there I had the fantastic opportunity to explore my philanthropic ambitions. I worked for the New York State Division of Human Rights, civil rights & defense attorneys, and the Queens District Attorney’s Office. After graduating with my Juris Doctorate in Law, I now use my hard-earned efforts to help people.
I spent some time in private practice, then became a New Jersey State Public Defender in Middlesex County, where I served for 10 years (NEVER being a public pretender), until I decided the best way that I can serve our community is through private practice. So, I started Richard Preston Law in 2018. Since then, I continue to champion the rights of those who need fantastic representation within the legal system for a fair fee.

License is Suspended
He took my money is not licensed. Did not work on my case. He was unprepared for hearings. Recorded in court disconnecting zoom hearing. It took us an hour to get him back on. He screams yells and is unresponsive. Importantly, his licenses has been suspended.

Be very careful
He talks good up until trial.. He's just not a good lawyer in court. He acts like he works with the DA ONCE YOU GET INTO COURT.
