I was faced with a complex situation, that "most" lawyers were unaware of how to handle. I may be a layman but I am pretty smart and have somewhat of a background in public legal matters/mediation and due process, but nothing could have prepared me for what I am experiencing now. Most lawyers stated... my situation should not have occurred and some laughed at the thought of being involved in the process because they did not recognize my situation as becoming a case, meanwhile it did become a case in a matter of days . Others acted as though it was a serious emergency and scared the daylights out of me. I was hit with the reality of this issue directly after the passing of my mom, and shortly after the passing of my sister so my emotions during this time of bereavement and the holidays are running high. This is the last thing I needed to have to deal with during this time. I have also been hit with heavy financial obligations and other responsibilities put upon me as a result of estate planning by my family. They had the best intentions with love in their heart for me and would never have wanted or predicted I would be experiencing what I am. To say that I needed a kindhearted, understanding, professional, quick on his feet attorney is truly putting it mildly. There are very tight and restricted time frames, there are letters received that are somewhat challenging to interpret. From my first initial consultation I knew that Matthew Rasmussen Esq. would fight this to the end, that he wanted to prevail and was going to do whatever it took to put everything right. Truly goodhearted! We are still at the beginning, but I wanted anyone who is looking for an attorney who is sharp, considerate and caring to consider using Mr.Matthew Rasmussen. He is the kind of attorney you will want to support and represent you. As soon as this is over I will be working with him to develop my own estate papers.
