She saw him 7 times over 11 months for neck and back injuries, with 3 months of physical therapy. She then saw a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician 6 times over the next 11 months, with 3 more months of physical therapy. There was no wage loss claim.

60 year old motorcyclist, riding safely for 40 years, was entering intersection on a green light. Minivan driver attempted left turn from opposite direction directly in motorcyclist's path. Independe ... nt witness testified that motorcyclist ran the red light, and that the minivan had a green left turn arrow. Another independent witness was not sure that the minivan turned on a green arrow. The motorcyclist was found guilty of running the light in municipal court. Motorcyclist fractured a leg and a cheekbone, both requiring surgery with implantation of hardware. The facial fracture resulted in diminished sense of smell. He missed 8 months of work.
