Wonderful person. Very knowledgeable and diligent.

My husband and I used Arthur for our trademark and copyright filings, and other things, for our corporation, and Arthur was very helpful and explained the process very clearly. He pointed out many things that we were not aware of during the process and helped guide us in making the best decision for ...our company. Highly recommend.

Rude and unprofessional

I paid $100 for a consultation to discuss an idea for an invention. He practically laughed at me, told me I would never get it patented and tried to rush me out of his office. He was rude. $100 for 5 minutes of his time. Not worth it, unprofessional, and I would not recommend him.

The Cream of the Crop

I am writing this review because while browsing for Arthurs phone number online, I stumbled upon “Steve’s” review which made me chuckle and think to myself “I have to know what the ‘invention’ was this guy was trying to patent” as I KNOW that if Arthur say’s “It’s not patentable!”, it’s not patentabl...e!  As a business owner who has been involved in litigation several times, I have become very familiar with various legal processes and have thoroughly reviewed thousands of legal documents such as complaints, related filings and opinions. I have had several different attorneys represent me over the years and I always try to select the best match based on whatever my dilemma involves. Most of my associates are fellow business owners and professionals who occasionally find themselves in some type of legal situation and knowing about my legal background and success in prevailing, these associates frequently share their attorney correspondence with me. They do so simply to hear “what I think” of their case or to ask “what do you think of my attorney” etc. Unfortunately, I am all too often shocked and disappointed at what I read. To this day I have not met, spoken with or reviewed the correspondence of ANY attorney who even begins to compare to Arthurs skillset and professionalism. Arthur is by far the most intelligent attorney I have ever met or spoken with. His approach and argument style is unbeatable as it is pinpoint precise and sound, based on law and justice. Once, Arthur referred a fellow attorney to an acquaintance of mine who needed criminal representation. My acquaintance reported to me that the referred attorney repeatedly bragged that Arthur was by far the smartest student in the law school they attended together and that ALL of the students would turn to Arthur for guidance when their assignments were too complicated. Sadly I cannot refer Arthur to most of my associates for as we all know, litigation can, at times occur between ‘friends’ and I do not want to find myself searching for a replacement to Arthur should I wind up in a legal battle with one of my ‘associates’. Arthur is on the top of my list as the best attorney and one of the few people I truly 100% respect and admire as a representative and a friend. If you need an attorney, call Arthur. If his opinion on your matter does not sync up with yours, strongly consider your opinion flawed as Arthur is rarely ‘off’ and he will not try to appease you just to get your retainer. If he can help you, he will and your outcome will be favorable. Arthur is accurate, extremely knowledgeable and honest. If you find yourself in an unfortunate situation where you ‘become’ quite familiar with the legal world, you will quickly realize just how phenomenal Arthur is. Good luck and I hope this honest review helps you select the right attorney! Ps: For the record; Arthur has successfully represented me in as a plaintiff and defendant in cases/situations involving trademark, copyright, unfair competition, fraud, real estate and other various matters.
