Biography
Sarah M. Eaton received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Maryland, College Park in 2003. In 2007, she earned her J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law. While at Seton Hall, she participated in the Juvenile Justice Clinic – Public Defender’s Unit, and served as Co-administrative Vice President of the Family Law Association. Ms. Eaton also served as a legal volunteer for the Association of Children of New Jersey. Prior to working in privacte practice, Ms. Eaton served as the law clerk for the Honorable Julie M. Marino, J.S.C. in Somerset County. She is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, New York, District of Columbia, and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Asociation and serves as an Attorney Member of the District XIII Ethics Committee. Ms. Eaton has been practicing exclusively family law since 2007 and is currently a co-chair of the Family Law Committee for the Somerset County Bar Association.

Incredibly talented attorney
Sarah did some incredible work with my child custody issues I had with my ex. She came highly recommended by some of my co-workers and she was as good as they all said she would be. If I could go back in time I would have had her do my divorce.
