Associate Attorney Michael P. O’Grodnick is a skilled, results driven andpractical advocate.  Michael graduatedfrom Law Schoolin Boston inMay 2005. A lifelong resident of Franklin Township in Hunterdon County, Michaelhas focused his practice in civil and corporate litigation, municipallaw, contract review and negotiation, property law, land use, zoning, tax andmortgage foreclosures, partnership formation and dissolution,misdemeanor/juvenile criminal defense, commercial disputes and leasing,construction law, will contests, probate matters, collections and post-judgmentenforcement, quiet titles, small claims/special civil claims, landlord-tenant,and administrative appeals.

While at Law School, Michael worked part-time as a judicialassistant for the City of Quincy,City Solicitors municipal law office, focusing on land use and zoning, and as acorporate paralegal for a major Pharmaceutical Corporation. Michael earned a B.A. in Political Science, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Rhode an undergraduate, he was elected President of the Phi Kappa PsiFraternity and worked for the Department of the Attorney General in Providence, RI,in the Criminal Division of the Superior Court.   His experience with the AttorneyGeneral solidified his desire to engage in the practice of law. While attendingschool full-time, and prior to embarking on his legal career, he worked for theJohnson & Johnson family of companies in Somerville, New Jersey in theRegulatory Affairs Department Michael is responsible for all levels of case management; including, clientinterviews, depositions, complex discovery matters, expert witnesses, complexresearch, briefs, pleadings, motions, hearings, dispute resolution,settlements, trials, and appeals.   Michael is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, and is licensed to appear in both New Jersey Stateand Federal District Court.  He is an active member of the New Jersey State,Somerset County,Hunterdon County, and American Bar Associations.  He currently serves as a committee member forthe Young Lawyers, New Lawyers, and Membership committees for the HunterdonCounty Bar Association and as committee member for the Young Lawyers divisionof the Somerset County Bar Association.  Michaelis active in the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of theHunterdon County Republican Committee.
