While Annette may have been knowledgable, she was not at all responsive and would go over a week without returning several emails and phone calls. On the occasion she would respond, it would be very rude and curt. In person meetings were not at all useful because she spoke over you almost always, bar...ely giving you a chance to speak or ask questions. She is not great with follow ups and not at all organized (had to forward information to her several times). Instructions given by her were very unclear and vague most of the time. Only upside was a successful closing - however that is shadowed by the poor service provided.
