came highly recommended by friend,after initial consultation a few thousand down,wow!a run around and complete no ethic at all.the last email from him was like why bother to save house.i acted as my own attorney,read the laws,my house was approved under harp,payment affordable,the person at mortgage ...company understood all and everything worked out excellent.what i cant understand is why mr coiro would drop the ball on a family that just wanted to save their house and get a second chance?the money being put down to handle case seemed most important.the only thing i credit him for is not to trust anyone who wants alot of money up front and says all should be ok.very expensive lesson for a family,but.....the house was saved and a family not displaced.
