Don't waste your time with this so called landlord and tenant attorney. I had the worse experience when he handled my case. He was no help at all. First of all, I had been living at crestview apartments for over a year with a hot water heater that was inoperable and I kept calling the maintenance and... management company with no results. So I decided to call the state inspectors who came to my apartment and realized that the hot water heater was not working, you couldn't even get to it unless they dug it out so the state inspectors told management that if they didn't fix it they would deem the apartment unhabitable after a couple of days they fixed it and then started a witch hunt after us. the heat thermostat was rigged not to shut off so that my apartment heat could heat the hallways in the complex. Management began making changes midlease by charging us for two parking spots when we had one spot and a whole lot of other illegal retaliatory actions were perpetrated on us including an illegal lockout. Mr. Guildenberg knew all this and did nothing. A real attorney would have had a ball with this open and shut case of a Dracula landlord at work, swindling people out of their hard earned money, yet he failed. When , i asked my significant other how did she find him she replied his name was sent by the landlord that was suing her and I immediately told her to get rid of him but she is so naive and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and payed for it. Eventually we ended up moving out by agreeing to vacate and are taking the landlord to court to get our security money. So do your homework when looking for a reputable landlord and tenant lawyer and don't use this nuclear head or you'll be sorry.
