My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Laurie. Our case was, what I consider to be particularly difficult, with an adoption, several marriages, military service, etc. We're not just starting out in life so our "life's experiences" made the paperwork rather arduous. To make things mor...e complicated, although my wife speaks English, it certainly made things easier that Laurie could communicate with her in her language. She was prompt with email replies and her emails following each step of the process helped us better understand the next steps in the process and what we should expect and what was expected of us. Several people my wife spoke to within her group had issues once they arrived for their interview and we had none of that. Laurie had prepared us well and all the required materials we came prepared with or had been uploaded for review before my wife arrived. I would definitely recommend using Laurie and plan to do so again if my wife's daughter decides to come here as well.
