Jim was my attorney for my recent home purchase, and I can't find enough great things to say about him. Jim was extremely responsive, even encouraging me to call or text him day, night, and weekend with any questions or concerns I had. He always answered promptly and gave me full, detailed answers an...d explanations for everything. He was never in a rush to get me off the phone, and he always made sure I fully understood every step of the homebuying process. Jim is simply a wealth of information about the homebuying process, and his years of experience in this field show. He left no stone unturned in making sure my transaction went smoothly and that there were no surprises along the way. Jim's rates were very competitive, and he even saved me money by acting ad the closer during my deal. I could not have asked for a better, more knowledgable, or more personable to assist me in buying my home. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Jim O'Kelly to anyone buying or selling a home.

We were buying our first home and James was instrumental in making it happen. From the first time we spoke up until the day of closing, James walked us through all the steps and made sure that we understood the whole process. He was extremely helpful and always responsive, we always felt like we were... in good hands and that he was acting in our best interest. There was one thing that almost kept us from getting the house (on the seller’s side not ours) and he went out of his way, doing everything he could (from collaborating with the real estate agents to making frequent calls and sending emails to the clients attorneys) to get it resolved in a timely manner. Most importantly, he did it all while making sure we didn’t stress one bit. We recommend James to anyone looking to buy their perfect home or for any other legal matters.
