This review is long overdue! I've completed the closing for my home purchase with Jim in January 2021 but got busy with home renovations. I'm still not finished but I made some time to write this review because Jim really deserves it! From day one, Jim made me feel comfortable with the process of p...urchasing a house, a process that was unfamiliar to me. He explained things clearly and concisely. Jim was always available to talk to, even in the evenings after I finished work. He was very professional, attentive and answered all of my questions. He kept me updated and well informed with great detail. Jim made things very easy for me. I had an unfortunate incident when my mortgage company messed up with my home's paperwork and was unable to fix it. Jim was the one who had the knowledge, took charge and was able to push all of the necessary paperwork through in order to move along my home purchase. He was very organized and kept track of all due dates. He also took charge in the problem solving and coordinated papers for both myself and the seller. Jim went above and beyond the call of duty. I just can't thank him enough. He was a blessing and I was very lucky to work with him. I would highly recommend him for a real estate lawyer.
