He stayed on top of all deadlines and made sure everything was completed on my behalf and the seller's. Jim always responded to emails/calls immediately and... in very well detailed clear and concise responses. He is willing to respond and work at all times of any day; late night/early morning emails and even Sunday afternoon phone calls. Jim truly made this process much less stressful and I truly appreciate that! During closing, Jim was very thorough and knowledgeable with every document I was signing.
