We were buying our first home and James was instrumental in making it happen. From the first time we spoke up until the day of closing, James walked us through all the steps and made sure that we understood the whole process. He was extremely helpful and always responsive, we always felt like we were... in good hands and that he was acting in our best interest. There was one thing that almost kept us from getting the house (on the seller’s side not ours) and he went out of his way, doing everything he could (from collaborating with the real estate agents to making frequent calls and sending emails to the clients attorneys) to get it resolved in a timely manner.
