James D. O'Kelly

I hired Jim to be my attorney with a real estate closings. He did two closings for me in a matter of five months. He also represented me for the purchase of my newer home. For the five months that I’ve dealt with Jim he’s been nothing but professional kind and treats me as if he would treat his famil...y if they needed an attorney.. I never had to once worry about if he followed through with with anything that needed signatures, more correspondence, phone calls, dealing with the mortgage broker and helping me with a solar panel issue I had if you want somebody that is professional kind thorough and has your best interest as if you were his family then then you want to use Jim.

We used him as our realtor referred us to use him. At our closing, he advised us to contact him if we needed anything regarding the house. There was a massive leak that was discovered that was not stated in the inspection. I contacted him and he just flat out ignored me multiple times until I called ...him out that he was avoiding me. He finally answered and stated he had a personal emergency and that’s why he was not answering me. He then continued to ignore all of my calls, emails and texts. I would not recommend James D O Kelly to anyone and I regret that he received my business.

My wife and I found James through our Realtor as a referral and we are so happy we did go with James. First his fee was very fair and reasonable, and after going through the home buying process we learned quickly that James worked for us and was holding our hand through the entire process. He was ver...y thorough and detailed when explaining any and all documents. And when we had questions little or small, he was quick to answer and this help ease our anxiety. I still contact James with a few questions after we closed and he still helps and answers. I would recommend James to anyone looking for a real estate lawyer.
