I recently purchased a home with James as my real estate attorney. The entire process was very smooth and organized, thanks to Jim's dedication. He stayed on top of all deadlines and made sure everything was completed on my behalf and the seller's. Jim always responded to emails/calls immediately and... in very well detailed clear and concise responses. He is willing to respond and work at all times of any day; late night/early morning emails and even Sunday afternoon phone calls. Jim truly made this process much less stressful and I truly appreciate that! During closing, Jim was very thorough and knowledgeable with every document I was signing. Even after closing, Jim is still willing to address any potential issues. I absolutely recommend anyone in need of an attorney, especially real estate, to utilize Jim's services.
