We used Jim O'Kelly for a recent home purchase and from the very beginning Jim had our back. The transaction didn't go through a realtor, so we relied on Jim heavily throughout the process. My background is in Commercial Casualty Insurance as an Underwriter for over 3 decades. I'm use to working with Lawyers. Jim welcomed and encouraged my input. He addressed everything that was negative about our home with the seller's representative and got us to closing without major drama or hurt feelings on either side.
