We used Jim O'Kelly for a recent home purchase and from the very beginning Jim had our back. The transaction didn't go through a realtor, so we relied on Jim heavily throughout the process. He was there every step of the way, carefully explaining what was happening, next steps, possible pitfalls..., etc. Jim was readily available by phone and email and gave answers and advice promptly. We couldn't have asked for a smoother home buying experience and Jim deserves much of the credit for that.

2016 held many firsts and new beginnings for my family. Mom came to live with us here in Jersey, so we purchased a "Forever" home. Mr. O'Kelly came highly recommended by our realtor Jose Gomez- Edwards (ANOTHER SUPER FIND!!!) from ReMax Parsippany NJ office. He's a part of Jackie Scura's Great Te...am of agents! Mr. O'Kelly was on top of things immediately! He was always in constant contact letting us know how the process was going, made sure we understood everything that was happening and didn't have concerns. Whenever we called, emailed or TEXTED him, we ALWAYS received a swift response. Working with him was an extremely easy process. My background is in Commercial Casualty Insurance as an Underwriter for over 3 decades. I'm use to working with Lawyers. Jim welcomed and encouraged my input. He addressed everything that was negative about our home with the seller's representative and got us to closing without major drama or hurt feelings on either side.
