My background is in Commercial Casualty Insurance as an Underwriter for over 3 decades. I'm use to working with Lawyers. Jim welcomed and encouraged my input. He addressed everything that was negative about our home with the seller's representative and got us to closing without major drama or hurt feelings on either side.
