Douglas Arthur Cole

I'm not sure how this man has a law degree. To say this man is unprofessional, is a understatement. He was unprepared every single day of trial, I would call multiple times send emails multiple times, and never once was my call or email ever returned. Ever. He didn't even know how to pronounce my nam...e correctly, even after telling him that he is pronouncing it incorrectly and this is the correct way to say it, he still pronounced my name wrong. All the witnesses that I told him about to subpoena, he didn't listen, nor did he send subpoenas to those individuals to testify. When I told him about these witnesses, he actually turned his back away from me, walked away, and began speaking friendly to the other lawyers working against me. It seemed social networking was more important than defending his client to the best of his ability. He has no ability. He sat during trial not making any objections, no opening statement, no closing arguments. He was playing on his labtop, texting in his phone, not paying attention to trial going on. I had inadequate counsel, no questions about it.

I used Mr. Cole in a criminal matter. He was late for his first hearing and was unprepared. Mr. Cole ignored my requests. Mr. Cole made me feel as if I was bothersome to him, he was very unprofessional and acted against me in open court. I would not recommend him at all. Mr. Cole uses foul language, ...is short tempered and very unprofessional. This is documented.
