We met and we had a very nice conversation and reviewed the specifics. I thought I was in good hands. Don't be fooled...! Tom's son was getting married and he was going to be gone on a long weekend. I gave him a couple of extra day's before I tried to contact him. No response. I sent emails. No response. I tried calling again and left a message with his admin.. He would call me back in a few minutes. Hours later I finally called the lawyer that recommended Tom and asked him to just get my deposit and paper work back. To his credit, Tom called me within an hour and told me to come down to pick up the refund of the deposit back. Unfortunately, he didn't have the stomach to come out and face me or apologize for not responding, he sent his Admin. out with the check and paperwork. He was about to get on a conference call. Uh huh. I thought that was a bit high, but if he got it done quickly, fine. Do yourself a favor find someone else to do your trust work.
