Actually he was already disciplined by NJ court on August 5, 2025 (unfortunately only REPRIMAND) because he scammed one of his client for filing 601 waiver form and screwed up his case. Replied last May 09, 2026I do not know who this is, but if I am assuming correctly, I welcome you to file which I will accurately address the reason why I stopped with your family members case which includes detrimental facts that I will not disclose in a public forum. Additionally, again if this is who I think this is you are implicated in immigration violations on behalf of your family member and I will certainly will disclose it. After conversations with your family member, I stopped taking her case because of your false, deceit, and fabricated claims involving your brother. You wanted her to withdraw her case because of accusations regarding your deceitful actions. You have implicated yourself and your family member and I will make sure I respond to any false allegations.

Don't hire
All empty promises with nothing to show for it. Does not provide any documentation when requested. Beats around the bush. And when requesting for money he claims to return he goes completely MIA. Unreliable lawyer and God know if anything was ever filed.

Scam artist!
Gregory Roseto took years of my life! If I could give 0 stars I would! First dragged me around with promises then when he couldn’t lie any more he started avoiding me! Took over 9k from me and filed nothing! He has no respect for people or their lives! Avoid him at all cost!
