William Steven Wolfson

I own a strip mall in Clinton, NJ and Mr. Wolfson has been the lawyer for my plaza for approx. 8 years. As a commercial landlord, it's very important to me to have a lawyer who jumps on my issues immediately. Bill does. Not only does he make me feel important every time I contact him with a situat...ion (no matter what the magnitude, large or small), he also handles them ASAP (often the same day) which is such a relief to me. He even handled a matter for me on a Federal Holiday on a Monday when other lawyers wouldn't be available or return calls. He's a great communicator. He's extremely calm when talking to me over the phone and thusly calms me down as well. (I left another law firm in the area because my previous lawyer at that firm was hyper and uptight when handling my affairs.) He's very thorough & efficient when handling things and a pleasure to speak to on the phone. In 2015 he handled a major refinancing for my property and negotiated a huge reduction of some fees, to my extreme satisfaction. He'll be my attorney for my plaza as long as he practices. I highly recommend Bill and would give him 10 stars if I could.

Hired this lawyer to help with a matter where I was trying to defend myself against a proposed adverse action by the person who filed bankruptcy. He assured me that I had a good case and I paid him $2,500. At court he appeared flabbergasted and was "beaten" up by opposing counsel and the Judge. I not... only lost the case but my $2,500 as well. He talks a good game but doesn't deliver.
