Kasia and Neil represented me in my divorce. It was relatively simple because we had no real property but they still took it seriously and I felt like a valued client. Mrs. Zielinski is very knowledgeable and helped me achieve my post divorce issues with my ex wife. She is worth every cent spent and does not waste time discussing anything not relevant to the case. I would recommend her for anyone who needs a strong, vibrant lawyer.
"Kasia and I were adversaries recently on a very contentious child custody matter. After many hours of intense negotiation, we finally settled the matter to the mutual satisfaction of our respective clients. Kasia's patience, wit and professionalism helped transform what initially seemed like an impossible situation into an amicable settlement. I highly endorse Kasia."
"I had the pleasure of working with Kasia before she accepted a position and eventually became a partner with Nadine Maleski, LLC. I have since had the privilege of being her contemporary, and serve(d) with her on the Hunterdon County Bar Association's Executive Committee. Kasia is incredibly intelligent, diligent, and hardworking. She has a truly exceptional amount of patience, and is able to translate her experience and knowledge of the law into very effective litigation. Kasia combines her vast knowledge of the law, with her hard work and preparation, and consequently, is one of the more insightful attorneys I have practiced with."
"Kasia is an extremely diligent and hardworking attorney. She is a strong advocate for her clients but is also very settlement oriented. Her thoughtful analysis of client's goals and concerns has helped many litigants successfully navigate the divorce process."
