Biography
Caitlin DeGuilo Toker, Esq. joined Keith Family Law in September 2023. Caitlin is highly experienced in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child support, child custody, alimony, equitable distribution, complex asset valuation, domestic violence, mediation, arbitration, and all other family law matters.
Caitlin is a talented legal writer and enjoys applying her writing skills to obtain positive results for her clients through motion practice, during and after her clients’ divorces. Caitlin also has experience with adoption and is mindful of the multiple points of view involved in effectively protecting her clients’ interests in all types of divorce and family law cases.
Before joining Keith Family Law, for nearly ten years Caitlin represented divorce and family law clients at a respected boutique family law firm in Hunterdon County. There, she developed her skills and reputation as a compassionate yet strong advocate for her clients.
Caitlin is a graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While in law school she represented clients in Family Court through the Family Law Clinic, earning an award for being the most successful student in the Clinic. After graduating from law school, Caitlin served as law clerk for the Hon. Anthony F. Picheca, Jr., J.S.C. in the Family Part, Somerset County. Caitlin received her undergraduate degree from Drexel University. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Caitlin is a member of the Hunterdon County Bar Association and serves as a panelist for the Early Settlement Panel for the Hunterdon County family court.
Caitlin has been recognized in her profession by peers and was selected to SuperLawyers as a “Rising Star” for 2020.
