Frederick L. Rubenstein

Frederick L. Rubenstein is an experienced attorney who received his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and served as a law clerk to the Honorable George J. Nicola, J.S.C., and Richard F. Plechner, J.S.C., concurrently. For over thirty years he has defended municipal entities and litigated matters involving civil rights, discrimination, CEPA, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and general liability, as well as workers’ compensation insurance defense and residential and commercial tax appeals. Mr. Rubenstein provides focused, client-centered legal counsel on municipal law issues and has represented public clients such as the Township of Woodbridge, City of Perth Amboy, Township of Edison, Township of South Brunswick, Township of Monroe, Borough of Sayreville, City of Rahway, and City of Paterson.
