We worked with Mark Shane while purchasing our condo and as first-time buyers, we didn't have a clue what we should be doing! Mark walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood exactly what we needed to do and how the entire process would work. Bree worked with us on the details... and ensured that everything was in place for us to have a smooth and quick closing (which it really was!). We went into the process not knowing how it would play out, but quickly realized that we were in good hands with their team.
