I’m so glad a found these reviews. He took on my case through my LegalEase program at work. He had me send him all of my documents and then nothing from him. I texted him. I emailed him. When he finally responded he said he’d been sick. Then nothing again. I’ve texted twice and nothing. I’m going to... lose my appeals case because of him. He takes an oath as an attorney and does this to people??!! What a nightmare. I will be reporting him.

Jacob took a very long time to produce the trust documents for my elderly dad and disabled sister that we hired him for. He was not very responsive between drafts of the documents. He completely GHOSTED me once they were signed, forcing me to hire other professionals to complete what he had promis...ed with respect to advice and guidance on managing the trusts and getting assets in place. He knows his stuff but his professional and customer service skills are the worst I have ever experienced with any service provider, EVER. Find someone else, I wish I had.

I am very pleased with the excellent work done by Jacob Krief. Through my interaction with him I learned that he is very knowledgeable in many areas of estate planning and tax law. My situation was very complex yet he was patient with me and always took the time to explain the process to me so that I... would understand what needed to be done.
