Contacted Mr. Lasar to acquire Will, power of attorney, & health care directive. He emailed me forms that provided him w/ the info needed to generate them. Scheduled an office appt & he had paperwork and witnesses. Signed papers & was on my way quickly. Get peace of mind w/o hassle.
