Our law office provides aggressive and dedicated representation of our clients while providing the best results achievable. I am a solo practitioner with our law office located in Edison, New Jersey with a practice devoted to criminal defense of all indictable offenses in the Superior Courts of New Jersey; as well as DWI, DUI, municipal court defense and traffic violations in the municipal courts in New Jersey. Our offfice also diligently represent clients in federal criminal charges in the United States Federal District Courts, as well as DWI, DUI and related violations that occur on federal property and federal beaches handled in the United States Federal District Courts in New Jersey.

Our office also represent clients in family court litigation involving issues of custody, parenting time, grandparent parenting time; visitation and domestic violence defense in the Superior Courts in New Jersey. Our office also handles municipal court appeals and criminal appeals in th Appellate Division. I successfully argued two PTI appeals before the Appellate Division concering my client's admission into Pre-trial Intervention Program in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County.          

I am a former Deputy Attorney General with the Division of Criminal Justice of the Office of the Attorney General with expertise in the handling of white collar and fraud cases. I am also a former Assistant County Counsel in the Essex County Counsel's Office in Newark, New Jersey with expertise in mental health law.

I served as the past Chair of the Municipal Court Practice Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and was involved in the handling of the appeal before the New Jersey Superme Court in State v. Denselbeck concerning the right to a jury trial in third and subsequent DWI offenses. I also served as the Chair of the subcommittee studying judicial independence in the municipal courts in New Jersey. I also served as the past Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and was involved in the review of the Criminal Justice Reform Act.  I have presented extensive lectures to members of the New Jersey State Bar Association to include municipal court rules and conditional discharge; motion practice and trial techniques and trials in the municipal courts, mental health defenses in criminal law and criminal justice reform. I am an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association; National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
