This is a 3rd degree felony. A lawyer is highly recommended.

It's not that simple. Some offenses ban alternative sentences, like 3rd offense DWIs for example. More information is needed here.

That's up to another state. But most states' DMVs will not issue a d/l if you're suspended in another state.

It's possible. As long as your past charge was not diverted through a conditional discharge.
